Liabilty coverage limits up to $1,000,000 are available. Maximum attendance is 12,000 or less, Maximum number of consecutive days (not including set-up or tear down) is ten, and held at a single location. Eligible special events include:

• Concerts (no rock, rap or hip-hop)
• Flea Markets
• Theatrical Peformances/Musicals
• Reunions (family or class)
• Weddings and Receptions
• Religious Assemblies
• Conventions
• Debuts/Debutante Balls
• Festivals (Art, Craft, Ethnic, Harvest)
• Job Fairs
• Meetings (Business, Civic Club, Evangelistic)
• School Carnivals (No Rides)
• School Band/Drill Team Competitions
• Shows (Animal/Horse/Livestock Judging, Antique, Art, Boat, Home/Garden)
• Stage Shows (Dance, Music, Theatrical)

Coverage for Concessionaires, Exhibitors & Vendors who are selling, displaying, demonstrating or promoting their products and services away from any owned or long-term leased premises location. Does not provide coverage for loss or damage to your property, stock or inventory. Eligible Operations Include:

• Arts and Crafts Vendors
• Antique and Collectible Vendors
• Gift Wrap Booths
• Cookware
• Food and Drink Concessionaires
• Produce and Floral Vendors
• Lawn and Garden Equipment
• Souvenir Sales
• Face Painting
